Your Role
In this role, you will lead end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives, translating business outcomes into solution options, detailed requirements, and actionable recommendations. You will partner with business, product, engineering, and testing teams from discovery through release, support implementation readiness, and mentor junior analysts to strengthen analysis quality and team standards. Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives from discovery through release.
- Ability to translate business outcomes into solution options, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
- Strong requirements practices, including detailed specifications, traceability, testability, and support for UAT and release readiness.
- Ability to mentor junior analysts and improve team standards, templates, and analysis quality.
- Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
- Experience with complex integrations and data mapping, including APIs, ETL, and event-based patterns.
- Experience facilitating workshops or JAD sessions and driving decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product or portfolio planning and developing level-of-effort estimates.
- Knowledge of security and privacy concepts and controls relevant to business applications.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure outcomes and support continuous improvement.
