Your Role
In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Your Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 7 years of prior relevant experience
- Abilities in one or more primary products, programs or technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Deep experience leading analysis and solution design across multiple systems/domains, including end-to-end process and data flows.
- Experience with software systems architecture concepts and integration patterns.
- Strong governance and quality discipline (traceability, controls, documentation) and ability to manage risks/issues to closure.
- Requires complex systems knowledge and experience, preferably within one of these functional areas Payment systems, ERPs
- Financial transactional systems
- High volume operational transaction processing systems (e.g. claims, enrollment, billing)
- System-to-system data exchanges and transformation
- Requires database understanding and expert level SQL querying skillset
- Requires understanding and experience in Agile methodology, Product Model,
- DevSecOps and Agile tools
- Proven ability to function in a fast moving and rapidly evolving environment
