Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and attend community outreach initiatives including team mascot Gigante, Promo Team and Donation program
- Positively impact the fan experience at Excite Ballpark through content creation and oversight of mid-inning activities
- Work with Marketing Team to develop, initiate and create our strategic marketing plan and maintain brand standards.
- Assist in game day preparation including pregame setup and postgame breakdown of the stadium, between-inning promotions, and additional day of game responsibilities
- Work with ticket sales, corporate partnerships, retail and business development to market non-traditional assets and opportunities.
- Assist in managing the experience at Excite Ballpark including but not limited to game script, music, video board, press box and in-game entertainment.
- Assist in developing promotional and theme calendar for all home games at Excite Ballpark.
- Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Be on call to push/pull tarp as well as set up Excite Ballpark for necessary events.
- Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by Leadership.

- Minimum of three years of marketing/community experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative and analytical thinker
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter with passion for sports industry
- Strong organization and time management skills; ability to multitask
- Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
