Position Overview:

Position Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of residential electrical service and repair experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve electrical issues
- Working knowledge of residential electrical systems, components, and wiring methods
- Ability to safely repair and replace outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, breakers, panels, and wiring
- Experience installing dedicated circuits, EV chargers, whole-home surge protection, and other residential electrical upgrades
- Thorough understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and local inspection standards
- Strong commitment to electrical safety, quality workmanship, and code compliance
Job Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues, including power loss, circuit failures, breaker problems, wiring faults, and equipment malfunctions
- Perform electrical repairs and replacements on outlets, switches, lighting systems, breakers, panels, wiring, and related components
- Install dedicated circuits, EV charging stations, surge protection systems, and other residential electrical upgrades
- Inspect electrical systems for safety concerns, code violations, and potential hazards, and recommend appropriate corrective actions
- Clearly communicate findings, repair recommendations, and available options to homeowners in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards
