Description

The Marketing Operations Program Manager owns the delivery of Marketing's events program, the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process, marketing contracting and budget. You will partner closely with the Marketing leadership team, Legal, Finance, Sourcing/Procurement, and external vendors to keep critical processes running and keep programs on time, on budget, and compliant. You will also support annual and quarterly planning cadences, quarterly OKR reporting, and other business operations tasks.

Responsibilities

- Events, end to end: Own events from vendor contracting through logistics, execution, and close-out.
- Promotional Review Committee (PRC): Own the PRC process end to end, including content intake, documentation, communications, and planning and running live meetings when applicable.
- Contracting: Manage the contracting process for events, paid media, agencies, and other vendors once the relevant marketing stakeholders have defined scope. This includes contract intake, negotiation, coordinating reviews, routing to signature, and documenting executed contracts. Coordinate with Sourcing/Procurement for contracts over $50K.
- Budget: Track and forecast the non-labor budget. Flag variances early and keep spend aligned to plan.
- Process improvement: Solicit team feedback and continuously build and improve repeatable processes, templates, and trackers for events, PRC, and contracting.
- Business operations support: Support planning cadences, quarterly OKR reporting, and other business operations tasks as needed.
