Shift/Hours: Monday - Sunday, 10-hour shifts with two days off
Pay Rate: $46,800
Location:  Bellbrook, Ohio 45305
Experience:  1-2 years of Grocery Management experience

Our client is looking for a high-energy Assistant Store Manager to help lead their store to new heights of profitability and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be the right hand to the Store Manager, guiding a dedicated team to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

What You’ll Do
As a key leader on the team, you will oversee daily operations and ensure the store reflects the highest standards of service and safety.  Lead & Inspire: Supervise department managers and associates, fostering a culture of coaching, development, and high performance.  Operational Excellence: Manage daily opening/closing procedures, oversee cash handling, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.  Customer Champion: Ensure every shopper has a positive experience by modeling a "customer-first" attitude and resolving concerns promptly.  Drive Results: Monitor inventory, coordinate ordering to minimize shrink, and use sales reports to implement strategies that boost profitability.  Merchandising Mastery: Ensure products are stocked, priced accurately, and displayed according to planograms to maximize sales.  Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety, labor laws, and health regulations. 
What You Bring Experience: Ideally 2+ years of retail or grocery management experience.  Education: High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).  Leadership Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities with the power to motivate a diverse team.  Technical Savvy: Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer tools (Excel, Word, Email).  Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.  Flexibility: Availability to work 10-hour shifts (50 hours per week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
The Environment
