Afternoon Tea Service Attendant

The Jefferson Hotel is seeking a dependable, polished, and guest- focused Seasonal Afternoon Tea Service Attendant to support our Afternoon Tea service. This role helps create a gracious and memorable guest experience through attentive service, a well-maintained dining environment, and thoughtful attention to detail. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative hospitality team.

Key Requirements

- Availability: MUST be available to work Monday through Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM .

- Experience: Previous hospitality, food service, or customer service experience preferred.

- Professionalism: Must maintain a neat, well-groomed, and polished appearance.

- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a courteous, guest-focused approach.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and perform light physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

- Assist with setting, maintaining, and resetting tables and service areas for Afternoon Tea.

- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests throughout their tea experience.

- Deliver tea, food, and other service items promptly and accurately.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.

- Restock service items and supplies as needed.

- Communicate with team members to support smooth and efficient service.

- Respond to guest requests and assist with special needs or preferences.

- Follow established food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
