About this role

We are seeking a Sr. Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for AI Context capabilities within Intuit's Consumer Group (CG). In this role, you will own the foundational context platform that enables TurboTax and Credit Karma teams to build deeply personalized, relevant, and trustworthy consumer AI experiences at scale.

You will define how AI agents understand each customer's goals, needs, and journey by bringing together context from their conversations, persistent memory, actions, pages they view, and their own data. The platform will ensure the right context is available to agents at the right moment, with appropriate permissions, privacy safeguards, and controls.

This is a deeply technical and high-impact product leadership role. You will work closely with multiple AI experience PMs, AI engineers, and partner teams to solve complex challenges in context engineering, memory, retrieval, grounding, large-scale customer data integration, and agent evaluation. You will identify which experience needs should become reusable platform capabilities and drive them from strategy through adoption and measurable customer impact.

If you have built Agentic AI platforms and large-scale customer data systems, this is an opportunity to define a critical layer of Intuit's AI technology stack and shape the next generation of personalized consumer AI experiences across Credit Karma and TurboTax.

Responsibilities

- Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Context platform, enabling teams to deliver sophisticated, context-aware consumer agents at scale.
- Own the end-to-end strategy for capturing, structuring, retrieving, and serving relevant context from conversations, memory, customer actions, page views, and permissioned customer data.
- Drive foundational context capabilities, including short- and long-term memory, context assembly, retrieval and grounding, relevance and freshness, and secure access patterns for agents.
- Collaborate deeply with AI experience PMs and AI engineers across TurboTax and Credit Karma, to translate real consumer needs into reusable platform primitives and accelerate adoption.
- Partner with internal AI platform teams including data, identity, privacy, security to ensure reusable, scalable, permission-aware use of customer context across products and experiences.
- Establish rigorous offline and online agent evaluation frameworks to measure how context improves response quality, personalization, task completion, customer trust, and business outcomes.
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-organizational initiatives, aligning technical architecture, product tradeoffs, delivery, and adoption to measurable customer impact.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing technology platforms, large-scale customer data systems, personalization infrastructure, or AI/ML products.
- 2+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade Agentic AI platforms, with a strong understanding of consumer-facing agents and their product and technical requirements.
- Deep technical understanding of modern Agentic AI and context engineering, including agent SDKs, conversational state, memory architectures, retrieval/RAG, grounding, tool use, and customer data integration.
- Proven experience working with large-scale customer data platforms, including real-time signals, data quality, low-latency access, privacy controls, and production reliability.
- Demonstrated experience designing and using agent evaluation frameworks, including offline and online evaluations of agent quality, personalization, and task outcomes.
- Proven track record of high-ownership product leadership, successfully driving complex foundational platforms from concept to production and broad adoption.
- Strong ability to influence and align AI engineering, AI science, consumer experience, data, privacy, security, and other platform teams in a highly matrixed organization
