About this role
At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.
In 2022, we launched an ad-supported tier to offer our members more choice in how they consume their content. This tier allows us to attract new members at a lower price point while also creating a compelling path for advertisers to reach deeply immersed audiences.
Our Team
The Ads Platform team builds the advertising systems and integrations that power the delivery of ads using our world-class content delivery ecosystem. We deliver ads in a manner that’s thoughtful of our member’s viewing experience and drive great outcomes for advertisers. We also ensure that advertiser brand safety is ensured during serving, members only see the most appropriate ads for them and Netflix’s advertising policies and contracts are thoroughly enforced.
We are ambitious about building highly performant advertising systems and delivering high impact to our business by monetizing our incredible slate of content. As one of the newest entrants in the rapidly growing Connected TV advertising space, we seek to build unique value propositions that will propel us to become a market leader in record time.
We are hiring a Product Solutions Lead (PSL) to drive product roadmap and readiness. PSLs work horizontally and strategically across product, commercial, and Market Activation teams, driving product roadmap and execution excellence, commercial readiness, and connectivity across Product & Tech. We are building our next phase of ad products and direct buying paths for our advertisers as well as internal products (media planning, campaign management, creative management, sales products ). Operational efficiency is foundational to product development, so PSL is responsible for aligning product capabilities and product launch readiness, ensuring teams such as Market Activation are effectively enabled for product training and adoption. As we evolve our organization to deliver Ads 2.0, scalable operating models, tooling, and frameworks will enable the organization.
