Your Duties
- Organizing and supervising the cleaning of passenger cabins, public areas, and housekeeping pantries.
- Creating duty schedules and preparing station plans as well as guest requests.
- Ensuring and enforcing the highest hygiene standards.
- Handling guest complaints and finding quick solutions.
- Leading a motivated team and supporting employee development.
- Ordering cleaning materials and managing inventory.
- Collaborating closely with the hotel manager to ensure a perfect appearance of crew uniforms.
- Maintaining plants and flower arrangements in public areas.

Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the hotel sector and at least two years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Proven leadership experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Team leadership, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility.
- High level of service orientation and communication skills.
