Your Duties
- Support the Chef de Partie in the creative preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that enchant guests.
- Ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen for an exceptional culinary experience.
- Actively participate in innovative menu planning and development.
- Guide and support Commis de Cuisine and apprentices to foster their potential.
- Carefully monitor and manage stock levels in the section to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Efficiently organize workflows in the section to maximize productivity and quality.

Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a chef and initial experience in a similar position.
- Enthusiasm for fine dining and creativity in food preparation.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Good German and English language skills.
- Good organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.
- Flexibility and resilience in a demanding work environment.
