### Role summary
Own the groups ERP landscape on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will lead implementation, optimisation and support, and make sure finance, supply chain, HR and operations run on a stable, well-governed platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Dynamics 365 environment end to end, covering roadmap, configuration, upgrades and support
- Lead ERP implementation and rollout projects across group entities
- Work with business owners to translate process needs into system solutions
- Oversee integrations with third-party and legacy systems
- Manage vendors, implementation partners and licensing
- Set up governance for data quality, security, access control and change management
- Lead the ERP team and coordinate user training and adoption
- Deliver reporting and dashboards for management decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field
- 6+ years of ERP experience, with substantial hands-on work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Business Central or Customer Engagement)
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English
- Proven experience delivering multi-entity ERP implementations or large upgrades
- Solid understanding of finance, procurement, inventory and HR processes
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
- Experience managing teams and external partners
