Job Responsibilities:
1 、 Manage end-to-end product development activities, lead internal development teams, collaborate closely with ODM partners, and oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept through mass production.
2 、 Lead technical assessments and feasibility evaluations, develop product technical proposals, and drive product competitiveness, quality, and manufacturability.
3 、 Own end-to-end R&D project management, including project planning, schedule management, milestone tracking, risk and change management, and delivery execution.
4 、 Coordinate key project activities and cross-functional resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality objectives.
5 、 Define, optimize, and implement standardized project management processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and execution excellence.
Establish and promote effective collaboration across customers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and after-sales teams to achieve project objectives.
6 、 Prioritize R&D team workloads and strategic initiatives across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and program execution.
7 、 Monitor project performance, identify potential risks and dependencies, and proactively drive issue resolution to maintain project momentum.
8 、 Support additional team initiatives, including competitor analysis, technology benchmarking, innovation validation, and other strategic projects.
Job Requirements:
1 、 Proven experience in product development, technical project management, and cross-functional program leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
2 、 Strong understanding of product development processes, including technical assessment, feasibility analysis, risk management, and product commercialization.
3 、 Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including ODM partners and customers.
4 、 Solid project management skills with experience managing schedules, resources, deliverables, and multiple concurrent projects.
5 、 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify risks, evaluate trade-offs, and drive effective solutions.
6 、 Experience developing and implementing project management frameworks, operational processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
7 、 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common objectives.
8 、 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, balance competing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.
9 、 Experience in competitor analysis, product innovation evaluation, and technology validation is considered an advantage.
10 、 Strong ownership mindset, execution capability, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
