Job Description
岗位职责：
1. 政策及市场洞察
跟踪罕见病及医保支付等政策动态，评估其对PAH生态建设及患者可及性的影响。
2.关键利益相关方合作
建立并维护与罕见病生态相关关键利益相关方（联盟医院，转诊网络及院务管理相关KOL）的战略合作关系，共同推动区域疾病管理体系建设。
3.患者为中心的路径优化
推动跨医院协作与院内跨科室协作，设计并落地以患者为中心的创新解决方案，持续优化诊疗路径。
Core responsibilities：
1. Policy & Market Insight
Understand the evolving policy landscape and disease ecosystem to identify regional opportunities.
2. Ecosystem Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strategic partnerships with key rare disease stakeholders (alliance hospitals, referral network, and hospital administration KOLs) to advance the regional disease management system.
3. Patient Pathway Referral and Optimization (PPRO)
Design patient-centric solutions that optimize diagnosis, and treatment pathways, removing roadblocks and reducing delays in referral, reassessment, and treatment escalation.
