Position: Manager Procurement & Subcontracting
Lead our Procurement function and drive strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver value to the business. You will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, manage supplier partnerships and contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with procurement policies while optimizing cost, quality, and supply performance. ## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

- Overall responsible of Procurement Department.
- Maintains a detailed knowledge of a specific category and/market, including suppliers, market movements, supplier strategies and the ability to align and influence these to meet business requirements.
- Sound understanding and execution of negotiation strategy and ability to influence it within the group.
- Operates as a senior level contact to strategic customers, to maximise contractual benefit.
- To ensure all procurement activities are carried out within the stipulated guidelines
- Manage the overall sourcing process from quote preparation, review of technical and commercial matters, contractual negotiations with suppliers to final selection.

## Show your expertise

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experiences of Managerial in Procurement of Construction materials, piping related material
- Preferably experience in handling Letter of Credit and issuance of Bank Guarantees
- Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Highly organized and detail oriented
