About this role
Your Responsibilities:
- Complete Audit of EC critical suppliers
- Travel for audit purposes.
- Strong coordination within GP departments and Cross functional coordination.
- Supplier Evaluation as per Enercon standards.
Your Tasks:
- Supplier Audits-Visit EC suppliers for audit
- Coordinate with Category Management to get necessary inputs for audit (capacity planned, Min order obligation etc.)
- Coordinate with SCDDA team to understand the sustainability issues with suppliers and validate it during the audit
- Coordinate and report for HSE compliance
- Coordinate with contract management team to validate contract adherence
Supplier Evaluation-
- Coordinate with the Category management team to gather the information for supplier Evaluation as per Enercon defined process
- Coordinate with Cross functional dept. to collect the supplier evaluation data.
- Automate the supplier Evaluation process till the extent possible and Modify the procedures accordingly.
Deliverables:
- Preparation of supplier audit reports for management submission and GP records
- Presentation of audit reports.
- Complete the supplier Evaluation for every half yearly review and reporting to management.
- Follow-up for actions coming out of the evaluation.
Your Qualifications:
- 8-10 Years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Engineering in Mechanical/ Environmental/ equivalent
- Knowledge on EHS, audits, compliances and Supply chain Risks.
- Knowledge on operating Power BI is an added advantage
