About KORE: KORE is a new brand under RENÉE Cosmetics, marking the company's entry into the derma skincare division. The brand aims to build a strong presence in the dermatology and skincare market by developing relationships with dermatologists, skin clinics, pharmacies, and other relevant healthcare channels. About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive market penetration and sales growth for KORE. The individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with dermatologists and healthcare professionals, expanding the distribution network, and achieving assigned sales targets across the designated territory.
Key responsibilities:
Promote KORE's skincare and derma product portfolio to doctors, dermatologists, cosmetologists, clinics, and pharmacies to drive prescriptions and sales. • Achieve territory sales targets through regular doctor visits, scientific product detailing, and effective relationship management. • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding product reach within the assigned territory. • Monitor competitor activities, gather market insights, and provide timely feedback to support business growth. • Maintain accurate Daily Call Reports (DCRs), expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices. Qualifications & Skills: • Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or any relevant discipline. • 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, dermatology, or cosmeceutical sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
