This is a great opportunity to grow your expertise in project procurement while contributing to meaningful improvements in how we build for the future.

Responsibilities

- Update purchase orders in accordance with authorized change orders and variation orders, following agreed processes.
- Onboard contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors and sub-suppliers in line with our onboarding processes, tools and risk evaluation requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for contracts, purchase orders and procurement specifications.
- Set up, track and administer RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes in procurement systems such as Ivalua and SharePoint.
- Support contractor and supplier negotiations as agreed with the delegated Procurement Manager.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Project Managers, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality procurement outcomes.
- Help maintain the project procurement strategy and plan, and work with engineering and construction teams to identify improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement and apply procurement best practices consistently across the team.

Requirements

Mandatory

- You enjoy building trusted relationships and collaborating across teams, both within our organisation and with external partners.
- You are detail-oriented and take pride in accurate documentation and compliant, consistent procurement execution.
- You are curious about new tools and ways of working, and you enjoy using data to analyze and report on progress.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and verbally.
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience with large, multi-year construction projects.
- Knowledge of capital equipment, construction materials and installation or service contracts.
- Understanding of construction, installation and equipment contracts, including terms and conditions.
- Knowledge of project procurement processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and tools.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills for analysis and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills, internally and externally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with e-procurement or RFx tools such as Ivalua, IFS, SAP etc.
- Experience supporting supplier onboarding and risk evaluation processes.
- Exposure to supplier negotiations or contract management.
- Experience working in or alongside engineering and construction teams.
