About this role

Milele is a diversified group operating in vehicle supply and trading, vehicle rental and sales, real estate and property development across the UAE. We’re looking for a bilingual legal professional to join our in-house Legal Department and support our Chief Legal Officer.
About the role You will work on a high volume of transactional documents across several business lines, and support the Group on matters before UAE courts and regulators. It’s a strong opportunity for a driven junior legal professional to build broad experience in corporate and commercial law in the UAE.
What you’ll do
- Draft, review and redline MOUs, NDAs, NCNDAs and commercial, supplier, vendor and service agreements across Group companies.
- Support drafting and review of SPAs, vehicle rental and lease agreements and related transaction documents.
- Maintain the department’s contract templates and precedent bank.
- Support case files before UAE courts, including pleadings, evidence bundles and filings, and assist with matters before the Disputes Centre and other tribunals.
- Work with external counsel, and track case status, deadlines and hearing dates.
- Prepare case summaries, legal memoranda and status reports for the Chief Legal Officer.
- Support regulatory compliance, licensing and AML documentation across the Group.
- Keep legal files, contract registers and compliance deadlines up to date across Group entities.
- Draft formal letters and correspondence in English and Arabic.

What we’re looking for
- A law degree (LLB) or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a real estate, corporate group or multi-entity commercial environment in the UAE.
- Experience drafting MOUs, NDAs and commercial or service agreements (required).
- Exposure to UAE court proceedings (required).
- Working familiarity with SPAs and general transactional documents.
- Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written. You will draft and review in both languages.
- Excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several files and deadlines at once.
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks such as RERA, DLD, Jafza, DET and MOHRE is an advantage.
