The EMEA HR team delivers support across the employee lifecycle, helping teams apply consistent people practices while responding appropriately to local market needs.

THE JOB

This HR Business Partner role is the primary HR contact for Greece and a portfolio of additional EMEA markets. The role works closely with HR colleagues, Centres of Excellence, Shared Services and relevant business stakeholders to coordinate effective, consistent delivery. It does not include people-management responsibility or ownership of regional HR strategy.

You will be a clear communicator, practical problem-solver and trusted HR partner, able to translate established HR policies and processes into useful guidance for employees and people managers across more than one market.

You will help ensure that local HR practices are applied consistently, remain aligned with applicable employment requirements, and follow global and regional policies. You will identify risks, seek advice when needed and escalate matters outside your remit.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with HR colleagues, Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to coordinate the effective local delivery of HR programmes.
- Share relevant market insight and practical feedback to help improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Support the connection between market needs and global or regional HR processes, escalating conflicts or gaps where necessary.
- Contribute to cross-market HR initiatives, ensuring local requirements and operational impacts are understood.

Change and Process Improvement

- Support managers through people-process changes, providing clear guidance and referring complex matters to the appropriate HR expert.
- Contribute to HR improvement projects, including process optimisation and digitalisation, within the scope of the role.
- Support performance-management processes and promote consistent application of agreed frameworks.

Talent and Development

- Support the delivery of onboarding, development, engagement and retention activity for the assigned client groups.
- Provide input to talent and succession discussions, using local knowledge and following established processes.
- Coordinate with relevant HR colleagues to support talent processes across the matrix organisation.

Governance and Compliance

- Apply HR policies and processes in accordance with local employment requirements and global standards; seek specialist advice where needed.
- Maintain accurate records and support HR risk-management and audit-readiness activity.
- Manage routine employee-relations matters and escalate complex, sensitive or high-risk cases promptly.
- Ensure onboarding administration and Workday transactions are in line with global processes.

Recruitment Support

- Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to support recruitment activity, including approved process guidance and recommendations.
- Support job analysis and job level review activity in line with established organisational design and recruitment processes.
