Pay Details & Schedule
- Average Annual Pay: $120,000
- Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $2,308
- Weekly Minimum Guarantee:
- $1,600 when running loads for the home-terminal customer
- $2,000 when assigned to other dedicated customers
- Quarterly Loyalty Bonus: $0.01 per mile driven during the quarter
- Paid weekly, with paid holidays
- Out on the road for at least 3 weeks , with assignments potentially lasting up to 4 weeks
- Flexible scheduling required; operations run 24/7
- Hotel provided for each 34-hour reset during extended trips
Job Details
- Regional flex operation with assignments across multiple dedicated customers
- May be assigned special projects as needed
- Haul refrigerated and dry van freight
- Trailers equipped with liftgates
- Assigned late-model Freightliner sleeper trucks

Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- Must be at least 22 years old
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
- FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse profile required before hire
- Must meet FMCSA English-language requirements
