Description du poste

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Engineer to join our team at our industrial site in Settat.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient management of material flows, inventory, warehousing, transportation and finished goods distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Oversee procurement coordination, goods reception and inventory management.
- Ensure smooth material flows between warehouses and production lines.
- Coordinate transportation, shipping and delivery operations.
- Implement stock management procedures and optimize warehouse capacity.
- Supervise loading, unloading and material handling activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters and internal departments.
- Lead and supervise the logistics team.
- Monitor logistics performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the industrial site start-up, including the reception, handling and storage of industrial equipment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation and production flows.
- Experience in team management is required
- Good command of Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
