About this role
PMO Lead, Global Rollout Program
Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics Practice
Principal / Senior Principal
You want to boost your career and collaborate with expert, talented colleagues to solve and deliver against our clients' most important challenges? We are growing and are looking for people to join our team. You'll be part of an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment of 300.000 employees. Our dynamic organization allows you to work across functional business pillars, contributing your ideas, experiences, diverse thinking, and a strong mindset. Are you ready?
About your role
We are looking for a hands-on delivery director to lead the Program Management Office of a global luxury retail POS transformation. A standard Oracle Xstore and SIOCS template is being rolled out to boutiques in around 36 countries and 11 work packages (2027 to 2030), delivered through dedicated PODs and multiple vendors.
You will own the integrated plan, capacity and dependencies across the Design Pod, Base Template Pod and regional EU and APAC PODs, so the program commits only to what it can deliver and surfaces risk early.
You thrive with senior business and IT stakeholders, can say no to overcommitment with a clear rationale, and build one team across PODs, vendors and locations. You will be measured on delivery to plan, early risk visibility, load kept within POD limits, and budget accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Integrated master plan across all PODs: work-package calendars, cross-WP dependencies and critical path
- Capacity and demand plan scaling the team from about 40 to 80 and then 100+, with market load balanced by complexity
- Release and market-wave landscape: go-live readiness, quality gates, cutover and hypercare scheduling
- RAID management, escalation paths, early-warning indicators and a single program scorecard
- Financial control: budget, forecast, burn and change control for a multi-vendor commercial model
- Delivery governance: weekly Control Tower inputs, monthly SteerCo packs, decision and action logs with named owners
- Multi-vendor and multi-location coordination: interface agreements, handoffs and end-to-end accountability
- Onboarding, retention and succession plans for key roles; PMO standards, tools and templates
Requirements
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management with senior business and IT leaders, problem-solving, and resilience
- Are able to say no to overcommitment and unnecessary customisation with a clear rationale
- Have experience building and growing the right-skilled team: one team across PODs, vendors and locations
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency); French is a strong advantage; willingness to travel regularly to boutiques, regional PODs and client sites. Location: France (preferred, Paris)
- Experience with program and portfolio methods (hybrid agile and waterfall), planning tools, Jira and ServiceNow-based tracking; AI-assisted reporting
- Have previously led global ERP, POS or retail platform rollouts, ideally Oracle Retail (Xstore, SIOCS); commercial management of multi-vendor programs
- 15+ years experience in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs (Senior Principal: 18+ years, several Fortune 1000 programs led as director)
- Hand-on Experience of leading a PMO on a multi-country retail or POS rollout, ideally 10+ countries and multiple vendors
- Proven industry experience in luxury, fashion, retail or consumer products
- Track record of managing multi-location, multi-cultural teams across time zones; proven references; PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or SAFe is a plus
