The ideal candidate is not simply a facilitator of Agile processes, but a proactive leader who helps teams solve complex problems, improve decision-making, and continuously evolve the way they work.

- Facilitate Agile events in a way that drives value, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Coach teams toward greater autonomy, ownership, and self-organization.

- Help teams identify and address impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks.

- Promote outcome-focused planning rather than activity-focused execution.

- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership Teams to align priorities and delivery outcomes.

- Facilitate discussions across organizational boundaries and help teams navigate competing priorities.

- Influence decisions through data, insights, and strong facilitation, regardless of organizational hierarchy.

Organizational Agility & Change Leadership

- Drive initiatives that improve team effectiveness, collaboration, and delivery performance.

- Challenge inefficient processes and propose better approaches when needed.

- Create an environment where team members feel safe speaking openly, raising concerns, and sharing ideas.

- Support organizational change efforts and help teams adapt to evolving business needs.

AI & Digital Enablement

- Leverage modern AI and productivity tools to improve team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.

- Experience with globally distributed teams and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.

- Experience supporting data, analytics, reporting, automation, or AI-related initiatives.

- Demonstrated use of AI-enabled tools, with an understanding of their practical and responsible application.

- Knowledge of scaling frameworks, product operating models, or outcome-based delivery approaches.
