Descrição da Função

O Serralheiro é responsável pela execução de trabalhos de retrabalho mecânico, reparação, ajuste, montagem e acabamento de peças e componentes metálicos em ambiente de oficina.

Principais Responsabilidades

- Executar retrabalhos, modificações e pequenas reparações em peças e componentes metálicos.
- Realizar operações de corte, furação, retificação, rebarbação, ajuste e acabamento.
- Executar trabalhos básicos de maquinação utilizando equipamentos convencionais de oficina.
- Montar, desmontar, encaixar e ajustar componentes mecânicos.
- Realizar trabalhos de pintura, retoques e acabamento de superfícies, quando necessário.
- Utilizar ferramentas manuais, ferramentas elétricas, máquinas de furar e equipamentos de medição.
- Ler e seguir desenhos técnicos, instruções de trabalho e especificações.
- Efetuar verificações dimensionais básicas e identificar defeitos ou desvios.
- Garantir que os trabalhos cumprem os padrões de qualidade e segurança exigidos.
- Manter as ferramentas, equipamentos e área de trabalho em boas condições.

Qualificações e Experiência Necessárias

- Formação técnica ou profissional em Metalomecânica, Mecânica, Maquinação, Manutenção Industrial ou área relacionada.
- Experiência prática anterior em ambiente de metalomecânica, mecânica, produção industrial ou oficina.
- Experiência prática em trabalhos com metal, retrabalho mecânico, montagem e utilização de ferramentas de oficina.
- Capacidade para interpretar desenhos técnicos básicos e especificações.
- Conhecimentos básicos de instrumentos de medição dimensional, como paquímetros e micrómetros .
- Bons conhecimentos de procedimentos de Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho e de qualidade.
- Boa destreza manual, atenção ao detalhe e forte orientação para a qualidade.
