Villa Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced, energetic, and service-driven Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to join our 4 Rivers Smokehouse team at Orlando International Airport!
The FOH Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, leading team members, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced airport environment.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure efficient service.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding hospitality.
- Support opening and closing procedures, shift transitions, and daily operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Support management with employee training and performance feedback.
What You'll Need:
- Previous restaurant supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Ability to meet applicable airport employment and security requirements.
