We are hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to provide commercial finance partnership and high-quality financial insight to the EMEA business of Broadridge’s BTCS division. The role is responsible for delivering timely and accurate actuals reporting, forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, variance analysis, and performance analytics in a fast-paced, international, multi-currency environment.

The successful candidate will provide commercially relevant analysis of performance, identify risks and opportunities, support sound decision-making, and help strengthen financial discipline, planning quality, and operational performance across the region. Reporting directly to the BTCS Senior Commercial Finance Manager, they will partner closely with EMEA sales, Account Management, Customer Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

This is a senior individual-contributor role requiring strong commercial acumen, ownership, stakeholder-management capability, and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the delivery of accurate and timely monthly actuals reporting, forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year strategic plans for BTCS EMEA.

- Produce clear financial reporting, variance analysis, trend analysis, and actionable commentary for EMEA leadership and the wider Finance organisation.

- Deliver insight and analytics to understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support actions that improve commercial outcomes.

- Ensure monthly deliverables are completed to deadline and that key financial controls and governance requirements are consistently followed.

- Partner with the Heads of EMEA sales, Account Management, and other commercial stakeholders to analyse, forecast, and report sales-to-revenue conversion, client performance, pipeline, new contracts, renewals, term licences, cancellations, concessions, and base revenue.

- Support the development of new-client contract proposals through financial analysis, profitability assessments, commercial planning, and business cases.

- Own and maintain cost budgets for the relevant EMEA functions, including expense and headcount tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Develop and coordinate strategic business cases to support investment, growth, and operational decisions.

- Build trusted and effective working relationships across Finance, EMEA sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Operations, Revenue Management, Tax, and other BTCS EMEA stakeholders.

- Participate in ad-hoc BTCS FP&A, commercial-finance, and international projects, as required, to bring improvements to FP&A processes, reporting, models or tools.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Audit or Accounting within an international, multi-currency, and/or multinational environment.

- Demonstrable experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.

- Commercial-finance experience supporting revenue, sales performance, client profitability, contracts, pipeline, or business cases is strongly preferred.

- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and the ability to manipulate and analyse large data sets.

- Experience in using Oracle Fusion, IBM Cognos and Microsoft Office and preferably also PowerBI (desirable but not essential).

- Strong ability to translate complex financial information into concise, commercially relevant insight and recommendations.

- Highly analytical, methodical, inquisitive, proactive, and accountable.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and control, while retaining a clear understanding of the broader business context.

- Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain trust and challenge assumptions constructively.

- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within hybrid, virtual, and multi-location teams.

- A continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to identify practical opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and decision support.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Success in the Role

The Senior FP&A Analyst will be successful by delivering reliable and insightful EMEA financial reporting and forecasts; strengthening understanding of revenue, margin, cost, and client-performance drivers; providing proactive commercial challenge and decision support; and building trusted partnerships across BTCS EMEA and the wider Finance organisation.
