Location: 2925 Chief Court, Dallas, NC 28034
Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday

The Dixon Group is seeking an experienced Machining Supervisor to lead our multi-spindle screw machine department in Dallas, NC . In this role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, develop and coach employees, and drive performance in safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
- Lead a team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and production objectives
- Direct daily activities within the multi-spindle screw machine department
- Conduct team meetings and collaborate with zone leaders to drive results
- Coordinate and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify, implement, and verify corrective actions
- Coach, mentor, and develop team leaders and machine operators
- Support hiring, training, and employee development efforts
- Track, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics
- Complete performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
- Promote and sustain standard work practices through Dixon's Management Operating System (MOS)
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes
- Experience with Acme-Gridley and/or New Britain multi-spindle screw machines required
- Strong computer and data analysis skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator with proven leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
