•            Review, format, consolidate, and distribute correspondence, reports, briefings, and other mission-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.

•            Support the management and tracking of requests for information (RFIs), taskers, action items, deliverables, and leadership inquiries.

•            Prepare executive-level read-ahead materials, meeting packages, briefing books, and supporting documentation for meetings, events, and official engagements.

•            Maintain records, trackers, databases, and reporting tools used to support program management and operational activities.

•            Facilitate information sharing and intelligence dissemination activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.

•            Support cross-functional coordination among intelligence, operational, security, and administrative stakeholders.

•            Assist with workflow management, process improvement initiatives, and organizational reporting requirements.

•            Monitor and track mission support activities to ensure timely completion of assigned actions and deliverables.

•            Provide surge support during periods of increased operational tempo and contingency response activities.

Qualifications:

Required:

•            Active TS/SCI security clearance.

•            Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of intelligence, military, government, or related professional experience. Additional experience may be substituted for formal education.

•            Experience supporting intelligence, defense, national security, or government operations.

•            Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

•            Experience coordinating taskers, action items, reports, correspondence, or administrative processes.

•            Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•            Experience creating and maintaining tracking systems, databases, spreadsheets, and status reports.

•            Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

•            Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•            Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Desired:

•            Experience supporting Intelligence Community or Department of Defense organizations.

•            Familiarity with intelligence production, dissemination, or information management processes.

•            Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, briefings, or official visits.
