This is an ideal opportunity for a digital marketer who enjoys creating on-brand content, keeping information accurate and easy to find, using data to improve results, and putting AI and digital tools to practical use.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day owner of SSP America's digital channels, working with MarCom colleagues, field teams, airports, brands, and business partners to keep content accurate, on brand, and useful.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day operation of SharePoint, Viva Engage, social media, newsletters, SMS/texting, the website, digital advertising, and emerging platforms.

- Building and maintaining content calendars, project timelines, publishing schedules, and review workflows so digital communications are delivered on time.

- Creating and managing on-brand content for digital channels, including graphics, video, infographics, digital ads, and SMS artwork.

- Taking, editing, and managing photography and video for airport openings, social posts, internal events, and other business priorities, in partnership with SSP America's professional photographer.

- Planning, placing, and tracking digital advertising, including Google and social media buys.

- Maintaining the corporate website through quarterly reviews and new content projects, keeping all content accurate and on brand.

- Serving as the MarCom SharePoint site administrator, including governance, training and support for departmental administrators, quarterly audits, and management of the digital asset library.

- Creating toolkits, templates, and guidance that help leaders and field teams take part in digital communications and social media in a consistent, brand-right way.

- Monitoring digital conversations and industry trends for content opportunities and reputation issues that may need escalation.

- Tracking performance across social media, website, email, and digital campaigns, and preparing dashboards and insights that show what is working and how to improve.

- Using AI-powered and digital tools responsibly to speed up research, drafting, editing, content optimization, and workflows.

- Experience tracking digital performance with analytics tools and turning results into practical recommendations.

- Ability to establish and maintain eligibility to work in the United States.

- Ability to travel approximately 25%-30% within the U.S. and Canada, including overnight stays.

- Flexibility to work overnight, weekend, and holiday hours as business needs require.

- Ability to pass and maintain a criminal background check and, as required, meet airport security requirements such as Transportation Security Administration (TSA) clearance, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transport Canada, and other applicable clearances.

Preferred Qualifications
