Our US Education Sales team is responsible for the care, development, and growth of Apple’s existing K-12 and Higher Education accounts, as well as driving increased market share through the acquisition of new customers. In this role you will help shape how our US Education Sales organization tells its story – crafting the written communications that carry our demand generation campaign, and inspire sellers through internal communications.

As a Communications Specialist, you will partner closely with our sales and field marketing teams to drive a consistent, engaging communication cadence across US Education Sales. You will also provide strategic support to our Demand Generation team, crafting customer newsletters and key assets that amplify our sales initiatives. Serving as a trusted writer and editor, you will shape compelling narratives that inspire and connect with a wide range of audiences. Additionally, your support in marketing operations will be vital in keeping our programs seamless and impactful. This role perfectly blends the art of creative storytelling with a deep, mission-driven understanding of the transformative value of technology in education.

In this role, you will:

- Be responsible for raising the creative bar while upholding the integrity of the Apple brand
- Own written communications for the team’s demand generation campaigns, developing copy and messaging that engages customers and drives action

- Focus on storytelling and keynote support for executive presentations
- Manage editorial calendars, content submissions, approvals, and publishing workflows
- Maintain templates, approved messaging, distribution lists, and communications resources
- Manage multiple communications projects simultaneously and balance competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Analyze feedback and explore new ways to tell the stories that matter
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in communications workflows and proactively propose improvements
- Support marketing operations as assigned, including campaign coordination, content distribution, calendar and asset management, and tracking of communications deliverables
