Position Title: Curriculum Developer (Active Secret Clearance Required)

Requirements
- Possess Active SECRET level Security Clearance.
Position Summary: The Curriculum Developer keep designs, develops and delivers curriculum in in-person, online and blended formats. Serves as the team's resource on instructional systems design (ISD) best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver curriculum to support program training needs
- Build in-person, online and blended learning, and choose the right learning technology for each audience
- Review and assess existing education and training courses, and recommend improvements
- Instruct and advise personnel on ISD best practices
- Develop assessments and evaluation tools that measure learning outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- S. citizenship.
- Maintain an Active SECRET clearance.
- Minimum 4 years of curriculum development or instructional design experience
- Experience with ADDIE or similar ISD models
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate)
Education
- Bachelor's degree, or 8 years of equivalent experience
