Business Process Analyst (Active Secret Clearance Required)

Requirements
- Possess Active SECRET level Security Clearance.
Position Summary: The Business Process Analyst evaluates existing business processes, documents workflows and helps lead improvement initiatives that streamline passport operations.
Analyzes the agency's business and management environment and gives operating advice and data-driven recommendations that improve performance and inform strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and management activities and events
- Advise on administrative and management issues
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns
- Identify risks and recommend business process improvements that raise agency performance
- Use trends, patterns and identified risks to support strategic and organizational planning
- Mentor Level I analysts and lead process improvement workstreams
Required Qualifications:
- S. citizenship.
- Maintain an Active SECRET clearance.
- Minimum 5 years of business process or management analysis experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience briefing management
- Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree, or 9 years of equivalent experience
