About this role
We are looking to hire bartenders for our team at Locale!
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet guests with a welcoming smile, make eye contact
• Make and serve all drinks according to specific recipes
• Keep bar tops clean and organized
• Restock station when necessary
• Must be aware of all menu items, assist guests with food choices and recommendations
• Must effectively communicate any allergy restrictions with the kitchen
• Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines
• Handle and store food products correctly, FIFO
• Must have Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada
• Manage bar inventory
• Evaluate proper identification of guests to insure they are of proper drinking age
What we are looking for:
• Must have at least one year of prior bartending experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
