Nashville launch training
All Nashville hires must complete a paid training program in Dallas, Texas, lasting up to 90 days . After training, you’ll return to help launch and grow our Nashville team.
Training covers sales, project management, and customer service, with ongoing coaching and leadership development.
What you’ll do
As a Sales Representative/Project Coordinator, you’ll help homeowners navigate restoration projects after severe weather. You will:
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Inspect roofs and other exterior areas for potential storm damage
- Explain the insurance restoration process
- Build customer relationships and generate referrals
- Coordinate restoration projects from inspection through completion
- Provide an excellent customer experience

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail leadership, customer service, the military, athletics, business development, or entrepreneurship can be helpful—but no roofing experience is required . We’ll train you on the industry and the role.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Pickup truck, or ability to obtain one within 60 days
- Ability to complete the paid up to 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas
