Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens or permanent residents are eligible for consideration at this time.
- Familiar with the use of test equipment to verify harness design and assembly.
- Knowledge of harness design, fabrication, and installation standards such as IPC/WHMA-A-620, NASA-STD-8739.4, and MSFC-SPEC-494.
- Experience with selection of connectors, backshells, wires, and other harness components.
- Understanding of electrical grounding requirements and how to implement proper system level grounding via wire harness design.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work well in a team, be proactive, and execute with minimal guidance.
- Detail-orientated and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering.
