Are you an experienced commercial cleaner ready to take the next step into leadership? Clean Team Inc. is looking for a dependable, hands-on Site Lead to oversee cleaning operations at a luxury automotive dealership in Dublin, Ohio.

YOUR SCHEDULE & OPPORTUNITY

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, available on Saturdays as needed 2:00 PM-10:00 PM

- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

- Location: Dublin, OH 43017

- Reports To: Area Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Site Lead, you'll help keep the facility looking its best while supporting the cleaning team and maintaining Clean Team's quality standards.

- Lead by example while performing daily cleaning duties.

- Help oversee cleaning operations and ensure work meets quality expectations.

- Maintain clean, presentable offices, restrooms, showrooms, and common areas.

- Perform routine cleaning, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.

- Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain organized cleaning areas.

- Inspect completed work and address areas needing additional attention.

- Support team members and reinforce proper cleaning procedures.

- Communicate staffing needs, supply requests, and site concerns to the Area Manager.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional presence on-site.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to the details, and can be counted on to get the job done right.

- Previous commercial cleaning experience is required.

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Dependability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.

- Ability to work independently and help guide a team.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds as needed.
