Clean Team Inc. is looking for dependable, hardworking, and experienced General Cleaners to join our team at a local high school in Columbus, Ohio.

As a school cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming learning environment for students, teachers, and staff. If you take pride in your work, have a strong work ethic, and understand the importance of maintaining a clean facility, we want to hear from you!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a consistent Monday-Friday evening schedule with weekends off.

What You'll Do

- Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.

- Dust desks, furniture, shelves, and other surfaces.

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

- Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the building.

- Clean and sanitize restrooms.

- Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies.

- Clean cafeteria areas, staff rooms, and other assigned spaces.

- Disinfect frequently touched surfaces.

- Keep cleaning equipment and supplies organized.

- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

- Report maintenance concerns or supply shortages to your supervisor.

- Ensure assigned areas are clean, presentable, and ready for the next school day.

What We're Looking For

- At least 18 years old.

- Previous commercial cleaning experience is required.

- Valid driver's license required.

- Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record.

- Ability to work independently and follow cleaning procedures.

- Professional and respectful when working in a school environment.

- Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions.

- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
