About this role
Welcome to Lava Island
Lava Island is an indoor play oasis where kids fly across trampolines, vanish into towering jungle gyms, dive into foam pits, and race down slides while families share pizza and celebrate birthdays in the party rooms. It is loud, bright, and full of energy.
Keeping a park like that running, and opening new ones every year, takes a lot behind the scenes. Our facilities team keeps every park repaired, stocked, and ready for the families walking through the doors.
What You're Really Keeping on Track
Every repair and every new park starts with an order: a part for a park that needs a fix, a vendor to schedule, a work order to send, or the long list of equipment and supplies a new park needs before opening day. With parks across the country and more opening every year, those orders add up fast. You are the person who keeps them moving.
You will start by supporting our operating parks, placing orders, scheduling vendors, and tracking work orders while you learn our parks and vendors. From there, you will take on ordering for new park openings, which will grow to about half of your role. Get it right and parks get what they need on time, new parks open fully stocked, and nothing falls through the cracks. You don't need a maintenance background. You need to be organized, curious, and great at following through.
Why You'll Love Working at Lava Island
- Be the hub. You keep the facilities and opening teams connected to every park, vendor, and order.
- Help open new parks. Your orders are part of every new park that opens its doors.
- Learn as you go. We'll teach you the parts, equipment, and vendors; you bring the organization.
- A role that grows. The role builds over time, from operating park support to new park procurement.
- Billings home base, in office with a predictable weekday schedule.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus employee perks.
