About this role

The Role

This is not a coordination role. As a Principal Recruiter supporting GBSG’s Customer Success and Expert Org, you are a business accelerant.

You bring a rare combination: deep fluency in high-volume, high-stakes hiring environments, the ability to assess talent with precision across a wide range of roles and levels, and the influencing skills to move both candidates and senior business partners toward great decisions. You run searches and hiring programs with pace and purpose — leveraging AI and modern tools to compress timelines without sacrificing quality, even as volume and complexity scale. You manage hiring delivery across functions spanning Customer Success, Program Management, EABPs, and Expert Services, and you do it at a level that shapes outcomes for the business.

You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, a sharp assessor of talent, and a recruiter who knows how to close — whether you’re filling a single critical role or standing up a brand-new, several-hundred-person hiring program from scratch. You’ll bring an informed point of view — on market dynamics, on candidates, and on what great looks like at scale — and use it to help Intuit win.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Drive search and program velocity

- Lead full-lifecycle hiring across individual searches and large-scale hiring programs, with a bias toward speed, quality, and diverse slates
- Leverage AI tools and modern sourcing technology to accelerate pipeline development, reduce time-to-fill, and drive outsized results across both standard and emerging role types
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across disciplines — reaching talent before the need is urgent, and standing up new pipelines as the business introduces new roles or worker designations

Operate as a strategic talent advisor

- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand business strategy, organizational design, and the talent required to execute — including fast-evolving, high-growth areas like Customer Success and Expert Services
- Bring informed market intelligence and funnel/forecast data that shapes how hiring programs are scoped, resourced, and run — including identifying structural bottlenecks and proposing data-backed solutions
- Coach hiring managers and cross-functional partners (HR, Finance, Operations) on assessment design, structured interviewing, and process calibration as programs scale

Assess and close with precision

- Apply rigorous, evidence-based assessment approaches to evaluate candidates across functional expertise, leadership competencies, and culture fit
- Lead offer negotiations with confidence — structuring deals that are competitive, equitable, and aligned to Intuit’s total rewards philosophy
- Create candidate experiences that reflect the caliber of company and roles we’re representing, even at high volume

Elevate the team

- Contribute to operational excellence through ownership of team-level strategic projects, including building and refining reporting, forecasting models, and hiring workflows
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process
- Serve as a mentor and thought partner to peers across the broader talent acquisition organization

Qualifications

What You Bring

- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with significant depth in high-volume and/or strategic hiring programs — agency, in-house, or both
- A track record of successfully scaling hiring for complex, fast-growing business functions
- Deep knowledge of the external talent landscape relevant to Customer Success, Program Management, and Expert/Operations roles
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and business leaders through credibility, data fluency, and clear thinking
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and recruiting technology to accelerate hiring timelines and improve outcomes
- Strong assessment instincts — you know what great looks like and can articulate why, across a range of role types and levels
- High business acumen and communication skills sharp enough to hold both a room of senior leaders and a candidate conversation
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology environments strongly preferred
