Ambassador

The Ambassador is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for visitors while supporting daily parking operations. Duties include issuing parking citations, conducting routine foot patrols, monitoring parking compliance, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of public restrooms and facilities, identifying and reporting maintenance concerns, assisting visitors with questions, and enforcing parking regulations. Ambassadors are expected to maintain a visible presence, address issues professionally, report safety hazards, and help ensure the overall cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of the parking area.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications – Ambassador

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to interact professionally with the public and handle difficult situations calmly.

- Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Ability to perform routine cleaning and light maintenance of public restrooms and facilities.

- Ability to observe, identify, and report parking violations, safety hazards, and maintenance issues.

- Basic reading, writing, and recordkeeping skills, including the ability to issue parking citations accurately.

- Ability to follow established procedures, parking regulations, and company policies.

- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Must be able to use a smartphone or handheld device for ticketing, reporting, and communication.

- Previous experience in parking enforcement, security, custodial services, or customer service is preferred but not required.

- Valid driver's license required for operational duties.
