About this role

In this position…

You’ll help deliver Ford’s next-generation UEV platform by coordinating electrical hardware and embedded software readiness from concept through production.
You’ll work within a small, fast-moving team with broad cross-functional and leadership exposure. The ideal candidate brings strong program-management skills and enough electrical or software experience to connect technical teams, identify risks, and drive issues to closure. This position is open to multiple salary grades, SG5-SG8 depending on experience.

You'll have...

- An Associate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Program Management, or a related discipline—or another discipline paired with relevant program management or technical experience.
- At least two years of experience supporting program management, electrical systems, embedded software, systems integration, validation, or vehicle program delivery.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage detailed technical information, dependencies, and competing priorities independently.
- Knowledge of vehicle development milestones, deliverables, and forward-model program execution.
- Experience managing program timing, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control to support on-time delivery, prototype builds, and production readiness.
- Demonstrated ability to work across functions and drive issues and actions to closure without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear program and leadership updates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and challenging situations.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to drive decisions and issue resolution and clearly report program status to stakeholders and leadership

Even better, you may have…

- A Bachelor’s of Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Program Management, or a related discipline—or another discipline paired with relevant program management or technical experience.
- Four or more years of experience supporting program management workstreams or major forward-model vehicle programs.
- Experience with vehicle electrical architecture, ECU integration, embedded software releases, calibrations, diagnostics, or over-the-air update processes.
- Prior experience supporting Ford GPDS milestones, gateway reviews, prototype builds, launch execution, or plant vehicle team activities.
- A passion for building new processes, solving complex integration challenges, and helping bring next-generation vehicle platforms to production.
