Role Overview

The Field Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager and Project Manager by supervising, coordinating, and executing onsite mechanical service operations. This role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements while providing leadership to field personnel and maintaining strong communication with clients and project stakeholders.

- Nitrogen (N2) and Helium Leak Testing
- Hydrotesting
- Dewatering and Conditioning
- Umbilical Hydraulic and Electrical Testing
- Umbilical Fiber Optic Testing
- Umbilical Commissioning, Fluid Displacement, and Flushing
- Bolting, Torqueing, and Tensioning Operations

The Field Supervisor is expected to provide hands-on leadership in the field, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, manage equipment and personnel, troubleshoot operational issues, and support the successful delivery of client projects.
