About this role
Performance Objectives:
- Assist builder with community responsibilities that relate to erosion control on job sites and community cleanliness.
- Assist on upkeep of existing field inventory lawns.
- Assist builder as requested in neighborhood cleaning activities.
II. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Be courteous and safety-driven.
- Be able to handle emotional and confrontational people in calm and professional manner. Never lose composure.
- Maintain good relationship with all trade contractors, vendors, customers, and team members and treat them with respect.
III. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain erosion control in communities, especially after large rains. Notify builder of any trades that are intentionally destroying barriers that are in place.
- Watering yards and maintaining exterior appearance of inventory
- Placement of driveway barricade upon completion of homes
- General clean up, some cosmetic touch ups to homes to include light texture, caulking, and paint
- Notify builder of any action deemed inappropriate by an Ideal Homes trade contractor and any unsafe job conditions that might be noticed.

- Maintain good driving record

- Monday through Friday: hours flexible and can be 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm not to exceed 28 hours per week. Flexible, but consistent schedule
