About the Role
Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale is looking for experienced Mainline Automotive Technicians to join our growing Service Department! In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with fellow technicians and Service Advisors and report directly to the Service Director. Responsibilities
- Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Identify additional services needed and communicate recommendations to Service Advisors.
- Provide accurate labor, time, and parts estimates for recommended repairs.
- Complete all work specified on repair orders in accordance with dealership processes.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all repairs are completed accurately and thoroughly.
Qualifications
- Stellantis/Chrysler training preferred.
- ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle drivability systems.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
