Director Global Warehousing & Logistics

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You'll Do

- Lead and optimize global warehousing operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, storage capacity planning, safety, and efficient material flow across all sites.

- Develop and execute global inbound and outbound logistics strategies, driving on-time delivery, cost optimization, and reliable customer fulfillment.

- Manage global 3PLs, freight carriers, customs brokers, and logistics providers, including contract negotiations, performance reviews, and budget oversight.

- Own warehouse and logistics systems (WMS/ERP), ensuring data integrity, real-time visibility, KPI reporting, and operational excellence.

- Build and develop high-performing global warehousing and logistics teams while driving a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational accountability.

What You'll Bring

- 10+ years of warehousing, logistics, or supply chain experience, including 5+ years leading global or multi-site operations.

- Proven expertise in managing 3PLs, freight providers, carrier contracts, and logistics performance within complex international supply chains.

- Strong knowledge of customs, export controls, trade compliance, and dangerous goods regulations in a global B2B environment.

- Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and a data-driven approach to inventory and logistics management.

- Deep understanding of lean warehousing principles (5S, KANBAN, visual management) with experience driving continuous improvement in manufacturing or industrial environments.
