About this role
Job Description:
1.負責企業內部核心系統與應用程式之設計、開發與維護。
2.進行 Java Web 應用程式開發，並應用 Struts Framework 建立穩定與高效能之系統功能。
3.撰寫與優化 SQL Script，協助資料查詢、批次處理與效能調校。
4.使用 Pro*C 進行批次程式設計與維護，確保資料處理正確與效能最佳化。
5.開發與維護 Shell Script，自動化批次作業流程與系統操作。
6.配合系統分析師與專案團隊進行需求分析、技術設計與系統整合測試。
7.撰寫技術文件，並提供後續維運支援。
必要條件
1.熟悉 Java Programming，具備物件導向設計與程式開發能力。
2.熟悉 SQL 語法，能獨立撰寫、調校複雜查詢與 Stored Procedure。
加分條件 (Plus / Nice to Have)
1.具備 PL/SQL、Oracle 資料庫程式設計經驗。
2.熟悉其他 Java Web Framework (如 Spring MVC)。
3.良好的系統除錯與效能調校能力。
4.具備 Pro*C或C語言 批次程式 開發經驗。
5.熟悉 Struts Framework 之應用，能開發與維護 Java Web 應用程式。
6.能撰寫 Shell Script，並具備 UNIX/Linux 作業環境操作經驗。
