The Job

- Serve as a conduit between internal communication and frontline sales
- Improve customer satisfaction with the company by optimizing processing time and content
- Uplift business volume and achieve the goal of service to sales
- Corporate works with other departments to optimize the sales process
- Assist in handling enquires and pending cases of Sale team (e.g., inquiry, pending)
- Support DMTM teams on case management
- Communicate with compliance to formulate effective sales policies

The Person

- At least 5 years CS/sales related working experience in insurance industry
- Knowledge on Life Insurance products and back-end operations
- Customer-focused, mature, independent, and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and provide professional services for senior management in the organization
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Accurate, attention to details and be a good team player
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
