Regional Engineer - Bakken

- Optimize ESP designs using real-time SCADA data, wellbore diagrams, and comparative lift analysis.
- Improve system reliability by identifying failure trends, root causes, and opportunities for design or process improvement.
- Provide effective technical support to customers, Sales, and internal engineering teams.
- Integrate reliability-centered practices into product design, testing, maintenance, and new product development.
- Ensure designs and processes meet applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with ESP systems, artificial lift, rotating equipment, oil and gas operations, or related engineering applications.
- Experience analyzing SCADA data, well performance data, and wellbore diagrams.
- Knowledge of ESP design, comparative lift analysis, and well performance evaluation.
- Experience with FMEA, RCA, reliability analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, test data, and field performance information.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, Sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and support customer or field activities as required.
- Familiarity with applicable oil and gas industry standards and regulations is preferred.
- Professional engineering registration, reliability certification, or relevant industry certification is an advantage.
