Initial screening Guidelines for Graduate Engineering Trainee

- Academics

- SSCL/10th Standard/Grade score - 70% & above in single attempt

- HSC/12th standard/Grade score - 70% & above in single attempt

- Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) any discipline - 70% Aggregate or CGPA 7.0 & above, no history of arrears (1st attempt clearing of all the subjects in each semester)

Interview process

- Aptitude, logical reasoning and basic technical knowledge (To assess Analytical/Engineering fundamentals/ Quantitative skills)

- Group discussion for general/subject oriented topic (To assess teamwork/ Communication/ Listening skills)

- Final interview (Physical interview along with HR on technical/Attitude/Behaviors/overall fit for Job)

Job Description - Graduate Engineering Trainee

- Understand fundamentals of Production planning, Material planning and Inventory management

- Gain exposure to Bill Of Material, Material Requirement Planning, Production Planning and Inventory-control concepts

- Monitor the production schedule adherence & discuss wherever necessary

- Develop working knowledge of ERP systems preferred SAP

- Learn and understand manufacturing processes, production flow, Shipment execution, stakeholder collaboration

- Monitor key planning indicators such as On Time Delivery, Inventory Turn, Revenue
